2. Scoutbook Your scout’s progress and rank will be tracked in Scoutbook.

3. Registration & Dues
   BSA registration is included in the Pack annual dues. There is a separate new Scout fee.
   • Pay the balance of the Pack dues via PayPal, cash/check, or a sibling’s Scout Account balance.

4. Youth Protection Training
   • All parents should take YPT training. It’s good for two years.

5. Uniform
   Field uniforms are worn to Pack meetings; formal ceremonies; or in community representing Scouting. Activity uniforms are worn during camp outs, and other less formal events or public events.
   • The “Field Uniform” is the official/formal uniform. Pack 61 will provide the Neckerchief & Slide.
     • Uniform is based on age and rank. Navy blue (cubs) or olive green (Arrow of Light Cub Scouts; AOL)
     • Families can donate uniforms or uniform parts at any meeting. We also have a Facebook group, Pack 61 Uniform and Equipment Exchange.
     • Get a new uniform or scout gear from any of the following locations:
       • The closest location for a new uniform is Woods & Water Outdoors (124 Edwards Ave, Brandon, FL 33510). Note: patches are not pre-sewn.
       • Greater Tampa Bay Area Council office and Tampa Scout Shop (13228 North Central Ave.
         Tampa, Florida 33612)
       • Order Online through the Scoutshop
   • The “Activity Uniform” consists of a custom T-shirt. Contact your Den leader if you didn’t order one during registration. One shirt is provided to new scouts by Pack61.
6. Medical Form

• Please provide 2 copies for each person camping. One for the Pack and one for the Den. Medical forms are good for one year.

• Applies to ALL participants—in basic Scouting activities such as local tours and weekend camping trips less than 72 hours in duration.
